How to reach?
You can fly to either Incheon or Gimhae International Airport. (Gimhae Int. airport is near Busan City in the southeastern corner of Korean peninsula.)
If you arrive at Incheon Int. Airport, you can take the airport train to Seoul Station and, then, take the fast KTX train to Shin-Gyeongju, which is available for 20 times a day. There are also direct KTX trains from Incheon Int. airport to Shin-Gyeongju station, which is available only for 4 times a day. It takes about 3.5 hours. You can also take a limousine bus from the airport to Gyeongju, which takes about 4.5 hours. From the Shin-Gyeongju Station to the hotel or the meeting site, taxi is the most convenient.
If you arrive at Gimhae Int. Airport, you may take a limousine bus to Gyeongju, which takes somewhat less than 2 hours. The bus will leave the airport once every hour or so. The final stop for these buses may not be Gyeongju, but Pohang, so be careful to get off at the right stop.
