2. Special information for students
We expect the participants to make hotel room reservations at the Hotel ICC on their own. However, students can stay in a new IBS guest house or the ICC hotel twin rooms. There are 10 single rooms available at the IBS guest house which costs 30,000 Won per night. The IBS guest house does not provide breakfast, but the breakfast is served at the IBS cafeteria at 3,000 Won.
We also reserved 5 twin rooms at the ICC hotel, which costs 85,000 Won per room per night including breakfast. Those who will stay in the twin room of the ICC will share 85,000 Won by two occupants. Those students who would like to stay in the IBS guest house or the ICC twin rooms are requested to send email with phone number to Dr. Youngman Kim at ykim@ibs.re.kr by October 21.

IBS 게스트하우스의 예약이 확정되면, 호실 안내, 정문과 객실문의 번호키 정보 등이 숙박자의 휴대전화 문자로 전달됩니다. 그리고 IBS 규정에 따라 비용은 숙박 3일 전까지 안내받은 IBS 계좌번호로 입금해야 합니다. 또한 별도로 영수증을 발급하지 않으므로 숙박자가 소속 기관에서 여비 청구 시, 은행 이체확인증으로 영수증을 대체하고 문자로 증빙하기 바랍니다.
